Rose Nolan is a contemporary artist whose practice regularly oscillates between the discrete and the monumental, incorporating installation, painting, photography and sculpture. Nolan investigates the formal and linguistic qualities of words and their relationship to architectural space regularly employing utilitarian materials and methods in her exploration of personal, playful and often self-effacing, narratives.

Work by VCA Alumni Kathy Temin will simultaneously be on view at the gallery.
