Collingwood Yards, and the Collingwood Arts Precinct, is Melbourne’s most exciting arrival on the city’s art scene! Having just opened in March this year, the precinct is being billed as a vital part of a larger creative and community ecosystem connecting artists, creatives, community organisations and art lovers! Several VCA alumni students have studios or are involved with projects and spaces at Collingwood Yards.
Now is your chance to discover what’s behind these historic walls. Join us to hear the story of the precinct, and discover the artist studios, artist-run initiatives and creative spaces that make up this dynamic venue.
Collingwood Yards is an independent, not-for-profit social enterprise spanning over 6500sqm. The space is currently populated by over 50 separate tenancies including 17 artist studios, a radio station and a performance space.

After the tour, you’re invited to stay on for a drink with us at Hope St Radio’s newly opened cafe – an onsite pasta and wine bar.
